Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags are not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item

Package the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible), including your order slip or a note with your order number. -
Ship the Item
Ship to the return address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
